Our Satisfaction Promise
At Myco, we're confident you'll love our functional mushroom drinks and tinctures. That's why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase.
First-Time Purchase Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase of a Myco tincture, for any reason, simply contact our team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return label to return the remainder of your product for a full refund.
Return Details
- Opened Products: We accept returns on opened tinctures for first-time purchases only
- By law we unfortunately cannot accept any drinks returns due to food safety regulations
- Unopened Products: Returns for additional unopened tinctures are accepted if returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective
Non-Consumable Items
For merchandise and non-consumable items (such as our tote bags):
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned items
Subscription Orders
For your convenience, we offer subscription options for our products. Please note:
- Recurring subscription orders that haven't been cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal must be returned at the expense of the customer for a refund except in extraordinary circumstances at Myco's discretion
- To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account on mycodrink.com or contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Myco products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive your return (if applicable), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday are typically dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2pm Thursday or during weekends will be dispatched the following Monday
- Current delivery is available within the UK only, with international shipping coming soon
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods, bank holidays, and national holidays. We aim to ship orders the same day they are placed.
Order Modifications
Need to modify your order? Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.
Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes can only be applied at checkout
- Codes cannot be applied to previous orders
- One promotional code per order
- Each code can typically only be used once per customer
- Promotional codes may not be available when using express checkout options like Apple Pay
Problem Resolution
If you experience any issues with your order or delivery, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 90 days of purchase. Include your order number and details of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
